Designer

Matthew Carlson is a Graphic, Web, and Marketing Designer with over 11 years of professional experience in the field who specializes in Neo-Vintage, Multimedia Collage, and Print Design. Throughout his career he has designed countless pieces that have gone on to market for Professional Musicians, Record Labels, Politicians, Ivy League Universities, Tech Startups, Corporations, Small Businesses, and Individuals; ranging from simple Wedding Invitations and Logos, to Product Packaging that is available in big-box retail stores all around the world. His keen eye for detail and obsession with user experience and real-world application make him the perfect candidate to tackle creative design projects at any scale. 

As a result of his background and specialties, Carlson excels in the dissection and replication of different design styles. Whether it's determining just the right type-facing for the layout of a modern menu or the mimicking of texture and color-palette on a 50-year-old photo restoration; Carlson's “jack-of-all-trades” approach to creative design showcases that cumulative experience and hands-on project management yield very potent results in the modern landscape. 

Allison Daigle

Designer/Illustrator

Allison Daigle is an award-winning Illustrator and Graphic Designer who specializes in Traditional Illustration, Digital Illustration, Watercolor, and Surrealism. Daigle’s work is very approachable to general audiences while retaining a consistency and complexity esteemed by those with an eye for fine art. Having been influenced heavily in her youth by the works of Shel Silverstein and the like; her recent work in Children's Media with efforts including Bellies To The Sky by Colleen Canning and How To Hold A Cockroach by Matthew Maxwell aim to fulfill and inspire the imaginations of a new generation of aspiring young artists & dreamers alike.

Her illustrations, which focus on Cartooning, Portraiture, Organic Forms, and Abstract World-Building; take on a characteristic identity all their own. While her work in print-layout and design shine as stalwart examples of a meticulous attention-to-detail and an overarching compositional talent.

Having provided her expertise to everything from nationally renowned Product Packaging to limited-run Archival Prints; the marriage of these skill-sets have made Allison's work an ideal choice for any creative project seeking to leave a lasting impact on its audience with a heartfelt and personal touch.

Odie is undoubtedly an essential part of the creative team, providing the necessary structure that makes any business thrive. Odie is always one to stick to the rule book and helps those around him stay on task and keep their eyes on the target. Don’t be mistaken, Odie isn’t all business - he is also a great listener and reminds his coworkers to maintain a healthy work-life balance. For his consistent and overall impressive efforts, Odie has been named “Best Boy of the Month” every month since the start of his career. When he’s off-duty, Odie enjoys going to the park, keeping an eye on his mom’s every move, and invading your personal space.

Oscar “Fozzy” Bee Intern

Oscar is the newest member of the Human Beans Creative Design team. He loves working with others, but never shies away from independent tasks. Oscar is specializing in document management and confidentiality, crediting his passion for shredding paper as the driving force behind his future career ambitions. After work hours you can find Oscar smelling the ground, chomping on a toy, or spending quality time with his loved ones.
